Manager - Digital Marketing (Eloqua)

Location: Lisle, Illinois, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday through Thursday

Salary: $82,364–$149,076 per year

What you will do

• Develop and track digital experience KPIs across the complete student lifecycle.
• Identify lifecycle opportunities and implement conversion-focused initiatives with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary resource for email, nurture, and digital experience strategies.
• Collaborate with the digital experience technical lead to optimize the marketing technology stack and evaluate new tools.
• Mentor a digital marketing specialist in developing and implementing strategies across the institution portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Five years of marketing automation experience, including Eloqua, required.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, written communication, oral presentation, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated approach and ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Eloqua administration experience.
