Marketing Manager (Software)

Location: Remote, associated with the Houston office in the United States

What you will do

• Develop and coordinate marketing policies, programs, strategies, and campaigns.
• Drive product adoption and promotion while collaborating on new product development.
• Create, evaluate, and deliver training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
• Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and product marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Marketing team members.
• Conduct market research, sales forecasting, pricing analysis, strategic planning, and campaign performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a related field.
• Prior experience managing associates or teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
• Understanding of methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
• Proficiency with hirify.global Office Suite or related software.
