What you will do

• Drive product adoption by developing marketing strategies and conducting promotional activities or trade shows.
• Recruit, train, and oversee the daily performance of the marketing team, providing timely evaluations.

• Analyze financial aspects of product development and perform pricing research to ensure competitiveness.
• Compose and evaluate marketing policies and conduct internal training on these strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a related marketing field.
• Prior experience managing associates and leadership skills.
