Customer Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, North America

Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 USD per year, depending on work location and experience.

What you will do

• Build and grow the Customer Reference Program in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Manage the customer community, monthly newsletter, case studies, testimonials, and User Groups from conception to completion.
• Track and analyze program data to assess ROI and strengthen customer reference initiatives.
• Create and manage the budget and supply of customer rewards and incentives.
• Enable customers to share their experiences on technology review sites and in analyst reports.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or customer success.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, and business acumen.
• Experience driving positive business results and synthesizing data into insights.
• Ability to develop programs from conception to completion and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a service-oriented attitude.
