TL;DR

Strategic Business Development Manager (Mobile In-App): Own supply growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new partnerships with premium mobile app publishers to expand In-App supply and drive revenue growth. Focus on strategic hunting, building pipelines, pitching value propositions, technical discovery, onboarding integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to position hirify.global as a leading In-App monetization partner.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office in Netanya, Israel)

What you will do

  • Own supply growth: identify, prospect, and close partnerships with premium mobile app publishers.
  • Proactively hunt opportunities using data-driven approaches for app monetization.
  • Build and manage pipeline, forecast deals and revenue.
  • Pitch value propositions, negotiate integrations, and handle technical discovery.
  • Onboard new partners and transition to account management for scale.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on market feedback and intelligence.

Requirements

  • Excellent English: professional fluency in written and spoken English essential.
  • 3-4 years Sales or Business Development in mobile app ecosystem with direct publisher relationships.
  • Established network in top-tier mobile gaming or utility app developers.
  • Proven track record meeting supply acquisition targets and building pipelines.
  • Technical fluency in API/SDK integrations and programmatic auctions (OpenRTB).
  • Strong influencing and communication skills in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Deep In-App expertise: MRAID, SDKs, app-ads.txt, privacy-first addressability.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools or Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Similarweb, mobile measurement platforms.
