What you will do

  • Manage and restructure partners in assigned Austria territory, building top partner setups and driving sales through them.
  • Acquire new partners focused on Cybersecurity as a Service and Enterprise, working closely with hirify.global sales teams.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, achieving bookings quotas, new business, and product targets.
  • Deliver presentations to partner audiences including C-level, manage senior executive relationships, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Support partner onboarding, enablement, training, and co-marketing to ensure success in selling hirify.global solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, log activities in CRM/PRM, and articulate hirify.global value proposition including MDR, ITDR, and security services.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in Austria without sponsorship
  • Proven experience in partner acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners in technology environment.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding territory partner sales quotas.
  • Experience developing territory and business plans.
  • Knowledge of target market dynamics, software channel ecosystems, CRM/PRM, and forecasting systems.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in team selling.
