What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of four Partner Managers across DACH, UKI, and International.
• Optimize the partner ecosystem for ROI, prioritizing high-impact initiatives on ARR and retention.
• Drive acquisition and onboarding of strategic partners including GSIs, VARs, MSSPs, and consultancies.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships and support co-marketing with internal teams.
• Develop partnership playbooks, best practices, and manage select high-value partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Sales or Partnerships in SaaS, ideally complex security solutions.
• 2+ years management experience coaching international teams.
• Strong analytical skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decisions.
• Full professional proficiency in German (native level) and English.
• Builder mentality for optimizing processes and scaling with tools/automation.
