Head of Marketing (Marketing): Coordinating and developing marketing policies, programs, and campaigns to drive product adoption and market growth with an accent on team leadership and market analytics. Focus on executing long-term strategies, conducting pricing research, and managing the end-to-end recruitment and training of the marketing team.
Location: Remote; the role is also associated with the Houston office.

What you will do
- Develop and execute marketing policies, programs, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Drive product adoption and promotion and collaborate on new product development.
- Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and manage Marketing team members.
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Analyze product development finances and research competitive pricing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a related field.
- Prior experience managing associates and strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
