Product Marketing Specialist

Location: USA-MA-Remote

Salary: $57,400–$98,350 USD base salary, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Contribute to go-to-market plans for new products, releases, and promotional initiatives.
• Research and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Support audience segmentation, personas, customer journeys, and use-case development.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, messaging, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Track marketing metrics, present recommendations, and coordinate cross-functional reviews for launch readiness.
• Support sales training, business-case development, pricing analysis, and product marketing documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, market research, or a related function.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling messaging.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, AI tools, and marketing platforms.
• Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process.
