TL;DR
Marketing Automation Specialist (Email): Operate marketing automation platforms like Cordial, Listrak, Braze and execute automated email campaigns with an accent on data management, segmentation, HTML/CSS email building, and performance optimization. Focus on creating nurturing workflows, running A/B tests, ensuring cross-client compatibility, and complying with data privacy laws like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Location: Philippines Full-Time Remote (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Pacific Time, time and screen tracking via Hubstaff)
Pay Rate: ₱715 per hour or approximately ₱123,000 per month

What you will do
- Operate marketing automation platforms—Cordial, Listrak, Braze and SES to build, test, launch and optimize automated email campaigns
- Design responsive emails using HTML/CSS, drag-and-drop templates, manage template library and ensure mobile responsiveness across all clients/devices
- Create nurturing workflows and segmentation strategies across customer lifecycle stages
- Track performance metrics, run A/B tests and continuously optimize for engagement, conversions and ROI
- Handle email proofing, QA, advanced scheduling, final send parameters and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM
- Perform data management, audience segmentation/suppression and collaborate on special projects
Requirements
- 3–5 years hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and email deployment
- Expertise in HTML/CSS for responsive, cross-client emails (table-based layouts, inline CSS)
- Deep knowledge of email clients/testing tools like Litmus/Email on Acid
- Experience with audience segmentation, suppression logic, triggers (API, events, data jobs)
- Familiarity with Listrak, Braze, Cordial for campaigns, automation, analytics and deliverability
- Understanding of relational databases/data schema, regulatory requirements (CAN-SPAM, privacy)
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, organizational skills; own computer (Windows 10+/Mac, 8GB RAM, i5/Ryzen 5/M1), high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headset, private environment
