What you will do

• Lead Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services to children aged 3-18.
• Conduct remote and in-person assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress via technician communication.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals for treatment implementation.
• Manage caseload of minimum 11 cases, handle timesheets, billing, and note conversions.
• Provide team training, feedback, and professional development through virtual meetings.
• Maintain documentation and stay updated on ABA research and BACB best practices.

Requirements

• LBA for New York State and BCBA certification; Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• 2-3 years experience in telehealth services, remote assessments, and supervising 2+ employees
• 2-3 years case management experience
• Proficiency in program development, data analysis, BIPs, ABA principles, data collection software
• Flexible hybrid: quarterly on-site visits, up to 50% travel; physical ability to lift 30lbs and climb stairs
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and independent work
