Salary: $26–30 per hour

What you will do

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based and clinic-based settings.
• Implement treatment plans focusing on communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
• Collect and manage accurate client data and notes utilizing specialized software.
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to review program goals and procedures.
• Support parent training and participate in clinical assessments.
• Maintain RBT certification and adhere to HIPAA and BACB Ethical Codes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it within 3 weeks of start date.
• 3-4 years of professional ABA experience, including 1:1 work with children/adults (ages 3-18).
• Experience in case management and navigating challenging behaviors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, and analytical reporting.
• Must be based in or have reliable transportation to Suffolk County, NY.

• Experience with CentralReach ABA Software.
