Registered Behavior Technician (ABA)

What you will do

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings, implementing treatment plans and preparing program materials across domains like toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and notes using data collection software.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA Supervisor to review goals, procedures, and supervision recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, meetings, parent training, and clinical assessments.
• Track supervision hours, renew RBT certification annually, and adhere to BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA policies.
• Ensure regular attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation for sessions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willing to obtain before start (company assistance available)
• Experience working 1:1 with children/adults (ages 3-18); knowledge of addressing challenging behaviors or autism stereotypes
• Ability to travel between homes; reliable transportation required
• Technical proficiencies in data collection and analytical reporting
• Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force, climb stairs, etc.
• Excellent communication skills; CPR certification or willing to obtain
