Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What you will do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs per BACB standards
• Deliver parent training (minimum 2 hours monthly when appropriate)
• Provide direct services and supervision via telehealth and in-home
• Maintain documentation including assessments, plans, progress reports, and notes
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
• Participate in team meetings and professional development

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing ABA treatment plans
• Ability to supervise RBTs and BTs
• Location in Alaska with monthly in-state travel required
• Proficiency in telehealth and in-home service delivery
