What you will do

• Provide direct in-home ABA therapy to children.
• Leverage bilingual skills to build comfort and connection with non-English speaking families.
• Collaborate with internal Clinical and Operations teams to ensure quality care.
• Support children in achieving therapeutic milestones through behavioral interventions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to travel to various locations across New York City and New York State.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, Bengali, or other languages.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a strong desire to be trained as a Behavior Technician (BT).
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
