What you will do

• Work 1:1 with clients in home and clinic settings, implementing BCBA treatment plans across domains like toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Prepare program materials, collect and manage accurate data using software, and review supervision notes.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA supervisors, participate in training, evaluations, and meetings.
• Assist with parent training, clinical assessments, and track supervision hours for RBT certification renewal.
• Adhere to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA, and company policies while ensuring reliable attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willing to obtain within 3 weeks of start
• 3-4 years of 1:1 experience with clients (ages 3-18), addressing challenging behaviors, case management, and direct ABA
• Knowledge of challenging behaviors in children/adults with autism
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, data collection software
• Physical ability to exert up to 50 lbs force, climb stairs; reliable transportation required
• Excellent written/verbal communication and ability to work independently
