What you will do

• Develop and deliver TBI educational initiatives for healthcare teams.
• Inform providers on current clinical standards and best practices for TBI.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated TBI care.
• Deliver education sessions to patients, families, caregivers, professionals, and communities.
• Design and implement tailored education programs for healthcare providers.
• Provide consultation, outreach, and resources on TBI education and training.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a health-related or clinical field.
• Minimum 2 years experience teaching healthcare or health-related topics.
• Minimum 2 years experience caring for TBI patients in inpatient, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and TBI clinical care.
• Experience developing, delivering, and facilitating healthcare education.
• Excellent communication skills: public speaking, facilitation, interpersonal, networking.
• Proficiency with computers and software for educational programs and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in federal, military, or veteran healthcare systems.
• Experience developing curricula for patients/families, providers, leadership, or communities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based TBI guidelines and best practices.
