Location: Remote (USA). Final round of interviews must take place on-site in Chattanooga, TN.

What you will do

• Design and support reporting, data integrations, and tools for provider credentialing and enrollment.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT data workflows using SQL and Python or Java.
• Apply AI-enabled solutions to automate manual processes and improve data quality.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to evaluate and scope user requests.
• Manage data integrations and ensure high standards of data quality across the network.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA; sponsorship is not available.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, modeling, and integration.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced reporting tools.
• 3+ years of IT lifecycle experience and project management/leadership.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or Java.
• Experience with FHIR, APIs, and end-to-end data workflows.
