What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for federal health clients aligned with mission-critical objectives.
• Ensure program adherence to federal cybersecurity standards, including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and CMMC.
• Mentor and provide guidance to project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and vendor relationships.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations to senior government leadership and internal executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading health IT programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex programs within federal health or related government agencies.
• Proven track record managing programs in compliance with federal security and regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA).
• Experience directly engaging with and advising senior government stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US to meet federal program requirements.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, or a related advanced degree.
• PMP Certification or similar program/project management credentials.
• Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards and interoperability frameworks such as FHIR, HL7, or ONC mandates.
• Prior experience leading multi-vendor, multi-team collaborations in federally secured environments.
