Program Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a matrixed environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage interdependencies across internal teams and partners.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps for assigned financial institutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program delivery and client engagement.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including risk and issue management.
• Develop measurement and reporting frameworks such as KPIs, balanced scorecards, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience (or advanced degree with 6 years).
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Experience building documentation and project plans using MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage expectations and provide creative solutions to priority conflicts for high-profile clients.
• Capability to assess project risks and define related mitigation steps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Methodology certification (PMP or PMI).
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with MS Visio, Lucid charts, Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, or PowerBI.
• Prior experience within Financial Services and enterprise software domains.
