What you will do

• Translate early-stage ideas into structured Product Concept Documents defining use cases, value propositions, and technical feasibility.
• Lead the clinical framing of new product directions, focusing on multi-sensing platforms.
• Collaborate with Medical, Science, Data Science, and Engineering teams to shape product specifications.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines across multiple innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate the transition of validated product concepts from upstream to downstream Product Management.
• Manage the Innovation Council and deliver strategic executive communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in program management within the medical device, digital health, or healthcare technology industry.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong understanding of medical device product development and regulatory pathways (FDA 510(k), De Novo).
• Financial acumen to assess project risks and return on investment (ROI).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Agile, Waterfall, Jira, or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Background in cardiovascular, metabolic, or chronic kidney disease (CKD) clinical areas.
• Experience in AI/ML product development, digital biomarkers, or wearable sensor technologies.
• Track record of successful clinical validation studies and user research.
• Experience collaborating with academic institutions and external research partners.
