What you will do
- Provide front-line support for referrals, inbound/outbound engagement, and intakes.
- Execute contact center procedures for case tracking, routing, and escalation.
- Manage coach scheduling and comprehensive case documentation.
- Facilitate warm handoffs to coaches or escalation points.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a medical or hospital call center.
- Minimum one year of experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling.
- Fluent in English and/or Spanish (oral and written).
- Ability to handle crisis and abusive calls professionally and effectively.
- Strong empathy and communication skills for interacting with Veterans and Service members.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
