What you will do

  • Provide front-line support for referrals, inbound/outbound engagement, and intakes.
  • Execute contact center procedures for case tracking, routing, and escalation.
  • Manage coach scheduling and comprehensive case documentation.
  • Facilitate warm handoffs to coaches or escalation points.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a medical or hospital call center.
  • Minimum one year of experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling.
  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish (oral and written).
  • Ability to handle crisis and abusive calls professionally and effectively.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills for interacting with Veterans and Service members.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
