What you will do
- Provide exceptional support to members via email, chat, and phone.
- Master the intricacies of the French healthcare system and B2B partner needs.
- Drive process excellence by identifying and implementing key improvements.
- Lead end-to-end projects to enhance member autonomy and team performance.
- Collaborate on cross-community product innovations.
- Attract and mentor new talent to the Care team.
Requirements
- Full working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in France (fiscal residence).
- Genuine passion for helping others and solving complex challenges.
- Confidence in navigating digital tools and technology.
- Strong empathy and ability to maintain a calm presence in interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, asynchronous work environment.
