What you will do

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct initial intake scheduling and coordinate appointments for new clients.
  • Match clients to appropriate providers based on clinical needs and availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records.
  • Support intake flow for medication management and prescriber coordination.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve intake workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work a full-time schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within defined guidelines.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in client intake, scheduling, or call-based support roles.
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems or electronic medical records (EMRs).
