What you will do
- Lead discovery calls and consultative conversations to win complex agency-of-record engagements.
- Shape strategic proposals and pitches in partnership with sales strategy, service leads, and senior leadership.
- Advise senior marketing stakeholders on growth opportunities across paid media, creative, and customer journey.
- Own and evolve the sales process, including pipeline management and cross-team handoffs.
- Continuously improve pitch strategy, storytelling, and messaging based on prospect feedback.
- Advance AI-driven sales tools, workflows, and automations to boost team efficiency.
Requirements
- 6-9 years in digital marketing, agency sales, or related field, with media/creative exposure
- 3+ years in B2B sales/business development, preferably at digital agency
- Strong command of full-funnel media strategy (paid search, social, programmatic, creative integration)
- Experience selling complex multi-service scopes to mid-market/enterprise brands
- Comfort with long multi-stakeholder sales cycles and CMO/VP/Director relationships
- Proven track record hitting revenue targets in consultative sales
- Exceptional communication for proposals and presentations
- High proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and building workflows/automations
- Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce) and pipeline hygiene
