Project Manager (Health Tech)

What you will do

• Own relationships across assigned VA regions (VISNs) and medical sites
• Run regular meetings with site staff and leadership
• Drive adoption of the scheduling platform and solve usage barriers
• Manage provider pipeline and ensure coverage needs
• Track dashboards, performance data, and coordinate training sessions
• Partner with internal teams and respond to urgent VA requests
• Escalate and resolve risks or issues

Requirements

• 5+ years in Project Management, Program Management, Customer Success, or Implementation
• Strong experience in SaaS, software, or health tech
• Experience managing complex multi-site or multi-client programs
• Strong communication and leading meetings with stakeholders/executives
• High emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Work independently with data/dashboards in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Prior VA or federal healthcare experience
• Existing VA access or PIV card
• Government contracts or provider networks experience
• Healthcare technology or clinical scheduling workflows
