What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, managing master plans for data and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, sales, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize PMO playbooks and operational guardrails to ensure predictable and repeatable implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Create and deploy scalable training programs, user guides, and documentation for end-users.

Requirements

• Experience in project or program management within SaaS environments.
• Strong background in process optimization and PMO design.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and SaaS implementation models.
• Ability to apply structured project management frameworks.
• Strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
