What you will do

• Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during all therapy sessions.
• Log daily observations and report critical data to monitor client progress.
• Receive remote and in-person supervision to ensure proper ABA techniques.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy in a school or home setting.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it within 3 weeks of start.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT Course (or willingness to take it via the company).
• Ability to work onsite in Queens, NY.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible part-time schedules.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
• Informal experience working with ABA techniques.
