Location: Must be based in or near Monsey, NY (Onsite at center or client homes)

What you will do

• Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to assigned clients in a center-based or home setting.
• Log daily observations and report critical data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for supervision and proper technique application.
• Build rapport and maintain professional communication with clients and their families.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques in school or home settings.
• 2+ years of experience working with children or adolescents on the autism spectrum and with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Flexibility to work part-time schedules, specifically after-school hours (3 pm - 5 pm) and Sundays.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within 3 weeks of starting.

Nice to have

• Yiddish speaking proficiency.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT Course.
