What you will do

• Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement treatment plans.
• Deliver 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy sessions to assigned clients.
• Ensure client safety and positive environment during sessions.
• Log daily observations and collect data to monitor progress.
• Receive supervision from BCBA remotely or in-person.

Requirements

• 1+ years providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques in school/home settings
• Registered Behavior Technician certification or willing to obtain within 3 weeks of start
• Completed or willing to complete 40-hour RBT course
• Effective communication in English
• Flexible part-time schedules (possibility for full-time)
• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents on autism spectrum preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
