ABA Behavior Technician

What you will do

• Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
• Deliver 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Report to clients' homes for sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
• Log daily observations and collect data to monitor client progress.
• Receive remote or in-person supervision from BCBA.

Requirements

• 1+ years providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques in school/home settings
• Registered Behavior Technician certification or willing to obtain within 3 weeks (company provides 40-hour RBT course if needed)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• 2+ years experience working with children/adolescents on autism spectrum or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills for fast-paced multitasking
• Flexible part-time schedule availability
