What you will do

• Lead a team of Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services to children aged 3-18.
• Conduct remote and in-person assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress via technician communication.
• Handle administrative tasks including timesheet approvals, billable requirements, note conversions, and managing 11+ cases.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals for treatment implementation.
• Provide feedback, training, and professional development through virtual meetings.
• Maintain documentation and stay updated on ABA research and BACB best practices.

Requirements

• LBA for New York State and BCBA certification; Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• 2-3 years telehealth experience including remote assessments and supervision of 2+ employees.
• 2-3 years case management experience.
• Proficiency in program development, data analysis, BIPS, ABA principles, data collection software, and supervision.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Physical ability to exert up to 30 lbs force, lift, climb stairs as needed.
