Salary: $73,700 - $103,180 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Deliver coordinated family-centered virtual care management by phone to improve behavioral health outcomes for pediatric members.
• Develop personalized goal-oriented care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support members through behavioral health treatment plans, care transitions, and acute crises.
• Help families navigate behavioral health systems, treatment options, benefits, and community resources.
• Partner with local pediatricians, behavioral health specialists, schools, and care team members for aligned care.
• Provide longitudinal support through continuous engagement and advocacy.
• Coordinate resources addressing clinical, behavioral, and social determinants of health.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Must reside in a compact NLC state; active Compact RN license; active California Nursing License; willingness to become licensed in multiple states
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST
• 5+ years nursing experience; 2+ years in behavioral health pediatric setting
• Comfortable managing pediatric conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma
• Excellent communication skills; technologically competent; HIPAA familiarity
• Demonstrated success in multidisciplinary teams; understanding of cultural/socioeconomic factors
