Bilingual Clinical Associate (Healthcare)

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between healthcare services and members to provide high-touch telehealth support.
• Coordinate care gaps, pharmacy services, and durable medical equipment (DME).
• Manage laboratory testing and imaging requests and track results for clinician review.
• Prepare members for telehealth visits through video onboarding.
• Serve as a member advocate, answering phone calls and providing patient education.
• Collaborate with PCP offices and home health partners to ensure adherence to care plans.

Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Medical Assistant (MA) Certification (highly preferred; expired certifications are acceptable).
• Minimum of two (2) years of patient-facing experience.
• Prior experience in primary care.

Nice to have

• Experience with telehealth or Medicare "stars" care gap closure.
• Experience in Palliative/Hospice, Oncology, Dialysis, Behavioral Health, CHF, or Diabetes settings.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Google Workspace (Chrome, Sheets).
