What you will do

• Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children aged 3-18.
• Conduct remote and in-person assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress via technician communication.
• Manage timesheets, meet monthly billable requirements (minimum 11 cases), and handle 48-hour note conversions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals for treatment implementation.
• Provide virtual training, feedback, and professional development to your team.
• Maintain documentation and stay updated on ABA research and BACB best practices.

Requirements

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) for New York State and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in telehealth services, remote assessments, and supervising 2+ employees.
• 2-3 years case management experience.
• Proficiency in program development, data analysis, BIPS, ABA principles, data collection software, and supervision.
• Physical ability to exert up to 30 pounds of force, lift, climb stairs as needed.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and manage priorities.
