Clinical Educator (Medical)

TL;DR

Clinical Educator (MedTech): Providing education and training on AAC and hirify.global’s products to clinical audiences with an accent on increasing device adoption and confidence. Focus on conducting educational demos, webinars, and clinical conversations to support Speech-Language Pathologists.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify) and consistently work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours. Occasional travel to Princeton, NJ and other U.S. locations required.

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year (plus $3,000 bilingual differential).

What you will do

• Conduct daily educational demos, webinars, and clinical conversations for clinical audiences to increase knowledge and adoption of products.
• Consult with external clinicians on potential device trial candidates and guide them toward initiation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to provide seamless engagement and awareness-level education.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective SLPs and identify new clinical settings (e.g., VAs, Home Health agencies).
• Stay current on AAC trends and research to suggest new content ideas and provide customer feedback.
• Perform post-sale client training in Spanish as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (required).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to maintain a productive remote work environment with secure internet.
• Proficiency in Office 365, Zoom, and HubSpot CRM (preferred).

• Experience working with hirify.global products.
• Experience conducting device trials.
