What you will do

  • Own a designated portfolio of accounts with full responsibility for retention, expansion, and commercial performance.
  • Manage renewals and execute forecasting to maintain visibility on risk, upside, and commit positions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to align the Clearer platform with customers' commercial objectives and digital strategies.
  • Monitor product adoption and engagement trends to proactively reduce churn and deepen usage.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to improve lifecycle performance and resolve issues.
  • Capture and relay structured customer insights to inform product development, packaging, and pricing.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within SaaS or eCommerce.
  • Native or fluent (C1–C2) German and fluent English (written and spoken) are essential.
  • Proven track record in retention, renewals, and driving account expansion.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Vitally.
  • Ability to work on-site in Leicester, UK.
