Location: Must be based in or be able to travel between homes in Hinesville or Jesup, GA

What you will do

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings to implement treatment protocols for communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
• Execute treatment plans developed by BCBA Supervisors and prepare necessary program materials.
• Collect and maintain accurate clinical data and notes using data collection software.
• Collaborate closely with BCBA Supervisors to review and adjust program goals.
• Assist in parent training and clinical evaluations to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain RBT certification and strictly adhere to the BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain it before the start date).
• Experience working with children or adults between the ages of 3-18.
• Ability to travel between client homes with reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in data collection and analytical reporting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating challenging behaviors in school or home settings.
• Direct professional ABA experience.
• Experience using Central Reach ABA Software.
• Current CPR certification.
