What you will do
- Manage tactical and strategic national account relationships for large parcel locker hosts with 50+ sites.
- Oversee the full account lifecycle from implementation and adoption to optimization and expansion.
- Develop and facilitate pipeline roadmaps for new locations in collaboration with site acquisition and host teams.
- Act as the primary point of accountability, providing detailed quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal data analysts and site acquisition teams to monitor host success and retention risks.
- Coordinate with deployment teams to forecast new location pipelines and ensure fast turnaround of installation approvals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of successful key account management experience.
- Ability to travel nationally throughout the UK.
- Graduate-level education or equivalent proven ability to relay complex information accurately.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of multi-level account management cycles.
