What you will do

  • Manage tactical and strategic national account relationships for large parcel locker hosts with 50+ sites.
  • Oversee the full account lifecycle from implementation and adoption to optimization and expansion.
  • Develop and facilitate pipeline roadmaps for new locations in collaboration with site acquisition and host teams.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability, providing detailed quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal data analysts and site acquisition teams to monitor host success and retention risks.
  • Coordinate with deployment teams to forecast new location pipelines and ensure fast turnaround of installation approvals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful key account management experience.
  • Ability to travel nationally throughout the UK.
  • Graduate-level education or equivalent proven ability to relay complex information accurately.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of multi-level account management cycles.
