Location: Onsite in Kite, GA; must have reliable transportation to travel between client homes

What you will do

• Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home-based environments.
• Implement treatment protocols covering communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and notes using data collection software.
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to review program goals and procedures.
• Support parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA policies and the BACB Ethical Code.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• RBT certification, or willingness to obtain it before the start date.
• Ability to travel between client homes.
• Experience working with children or adults between ages 3-18.
• Proficiency in data collection and analytical reporting.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
