Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

TL;DR

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to children ages 3–18, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs with an accent on building communication, social, adaptive skills and reducing challenging behaviors. Focus on accurate data collection using electronic systems, parent training, and adherence to ethical guidelines.

Location: In-person, in-home services in Anchorage, Alaska. Ability to travel between client homes required.

What you will do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients' homes
• Implement treatment plans and programs designed by supervising BCBA
• Collect and record data accurately using electronic systems
• Communicate regularly with BCBA and support parent training
• Maintain RBT certification, follow BACB ethics, HIPAA, and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
• Ability to travel to client homes in Anchorage, Alaska
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, stairs, etc.)
• Experience working with children ages 3–18 (preferred)
