What you will do

• Deliver 1:1 virtual ABA services implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data using electronic systems.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA.
• Support parent training and clinical activities.
• Maintain RBT certification, BACB ethics, HIPAA, and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, stairs).
• Reliable high-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
• Ability to utilize telehealth platforms and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience working with children ages 3–18.
• CentralReach experience.
• CPR certification.
