What you will do

• Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home-based settings.
• Execute treatment protocols covering communication, social, adaptive living, and toilet training.
• Collect and manage accurate client data using specialized software.
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to review program goals and implement recommendations.
• Support parent training and participate in clinical assessments.
• Maintain and annually renew RBT certification in compliance with BACB Ethical Code.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it before the start date.
• Ability to travel between client homes in the Savannah/Richmond Hill area.
• Experience working with children or adults aged 3-18.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force and lift as needed.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.

Nice to have

• Direct professional ABA experience.
• Experience navigating challenging behaviors in school or home settings.
• Proficiency with Central Reach ABA Software.
