What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders, and Data Insights team using analytics to drive design decisions addressing user needs and business goals.
• Lead full design process from research and ideation to prototyping and execution, balancing user advocacy with business strategies.
• Curate and evolve design system for consistency and scalability across products.
• Balance independent initiative with collaborative teamwork, adapting to project needs.
• Promote feedback-rich environment and continuous learning across design team and organization.
• Propose innovative ideas aligned with Product Vision to advance hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Portfolio showing deep understanding of design principles and data-informed approach to user/business challenges.
• At least 3 years in product design with UI/UX expertise, collaboration with data teams, and user testing experience.
• Proficiency in Figma (including Prototyping), Adobe Suite, Usertesting.com.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts across disciplines.
• Adaptable mindset for independent and team work.
• Experience developing and applying design systems in Agile environment.
