Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as principal product designer at high-profile organisation, with strategic thinking across teams and markets
• Expertise in establishing design standards, especially data visualisation, and improving processes in large organisations
• Strong leadership to influence design culture and collaborate with product/engineering teams
• Excellent customer focus with user testing and discovery skills
• Experience with AI technologies in production environments (desirable)
• Deep understanding of design's business impact
• Preference for long-term client-side experience over consultancy backgrounds
