What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX for flagship AI surfaces, including MM Labs, Playground, and model specification tools.
• Develop production-quality frontend code using AI-native workflows and agentic coding tools like Cursor and v0.
• Rapidly prototype new interaction paradigms for multimodal, agentic, and copilot-style AI experiences.
• Collaborate with model designers and researchers to ensure the UX accurately represents model personality and strengths.
• Extend and contribute to shared design systems and component libraries.
• Validate design decisions through qualitative and quantitative signals, including user research and A/B experiments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design (with Bachelor's) or 3+ years (with Master's).
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
• Proven ability to use agentic coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, Bolt) to produce working UI.
• Ability to write or direct frontend code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React) via AI assistants.
• Strong foundations in graphic design, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft with successfully shipped products.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for LLM, conversational products, or non-deterministic AI behaviors.
• Skills in motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced tools like Framer and Rive.
• Experience with AI-assisted user research or synthetic testing.
