What you will do

• Elevate visual quality through strong UI, interaction design, and high-level polish.
• Rapidly prototype ideas from concept to near-production to validate directions.
• Lead user research initiatives and facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Apply behavioral design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate in a builder model with Product and Engineering to shape solutions.
• Work with Design Systems to ensure consistency across omni-channel experiences.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI craft in shipped products.
• Experience using AI tools for design exploration, prototyping, or research synthesis.
• Expertise in UX design, user research, and complex user flow mapping.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and AI-assisted research tools.
• Knowledge of comprehensive design systems and WCAG guidelines.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Fluency in Spanish.
