What you will do

• Craft detailed user flows and high-fidelity mockups for new features.
• Own design projects from conception to delivery, collaborating with engineering or implementing with AI.
• Be hands-on with design assets and establish scalable design processes.
• Champion quick wins, impactful improvements, and design quality for hirify.global's AI.
• Help set design standards and reinvent team workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in high-performing, fast-paced startup environments
• Portfolio showcasing successful product work loved by users in high-velocity teams
• Talent for simplifying complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences
• Strong prototyping with clear visual communication
• Fluency with design systems and technical implementations
• Outstanding command of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles
• High aptitude for shipping and learning quickly
• Fluency in English as company language
