What you will do

• Lead the design process for specific product areas from initial concept to final implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and deliver UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for user needs to ensure they remain central to every design decision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio featuring web and mobile products.
• Portfolio required — profiles without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Proficiency in Figma and various prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and working within agile product teams.
• Strong grasp of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design.
• Must be based in London or open to remote work within the UK.
