What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned business functions from kickoff through close.
• Act as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers, translating business priorities into clear hiring strategies and search plans.
• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate journey from first outreach through onboarding.
• Develop proactive pipelines for priority and evergreen roles using creative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain clean ATS workflows and use recruiting metrics to improve hiring velocity and quality.
• Partner with People and HRBP teams to align hiring decisions with workforce planning and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
• Proven success owning complex requisitions across technical, GTM, product, or G&A functions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and closing capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through insight and data-driven recommendations.
• High emotional intelligence and professional presence for executive-facing conversations.
