What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech (Software, Data, ML, SRE, Architects) and non-tech (Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, Ops) roles across the US.
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and respectful candidate experience while acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Optimize and scale recruiting processes and track hiring metrics to provide insights to leadership.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in startups or product companies.
  • Proven experience hiring for both technical (engineering, data, infra) and non-technical roles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Sunnyvale office.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for data, AI, or developer-focused products.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and structured interview processes.
  • Experience working closely with founders or early leadership teams.
